I have been blessed with being able to help several clients both buy a West Hills bank owned property and I have recently sold two short sales in West Hills. West Hills was converted as origionally being part of Woodland Hills and is bordered by Chatsworth to the east, Woodland Hills to the south, Canoga Park to the east. The Bell Canyon community consists of several gated communities with large high end homes boasting spectacular view of the city.

As with many communities, however, it does have it's share of short sales. This has drawn my attention to West Hills in helping homeowners having difficulty affording the terms of their loans and those willing to sell their home.
