RASS Form (HAFA Request for Approval of Short Sale form will be sent from the lender after they complete the valuation and approval process) This is a pre-approved short sale price and terms process when you don't have an offer on the property.

Alternative RASS (HAFA Alternative Request for Approval of Short Sale) This is the process when you have an offer to be reviewed by the lender.  Again, the lender will send you this form to complete.
